Refund policy

At GearBrix.us, we want your order to arrive as expected and your building experience to be enjoyable. If you need help with a return, missing piece, damaged item, or refund, our team is here to assist.


1. Return Window

GearBrix.us accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the item meets the return conditions listed below. To begin a return request, please contact our support team before shipping any items back to us at gearbrix.us@gmail.com. After your request is reviewed, we will send you the next steps and provide a shipping label when applicable.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in returnable condition. This means the product should be unused, unassembled, and returned with its original packaging, instructions, stickers, accessories, and all included parts.

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The model has been fully or partially assembled

  • Inner parts bags have been opened

  • Pieces, manuals, stickers, or accessories are missing due to customer handling

  • The item was marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable

  • The item was damaged after delivery from misuse, improper assembly, or accidental damage

Proof of purchase from GearBrix.us may be required to process your request.


3. Missing Pieces, Replacements & Exchanges

We know missing pieces can interrupt the building experience, so we’ll do our best to help make it right.

  • Missing Pieces: If your set is missing a part, please email gearbrix.us@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the missing piece, and photos if available. We will review the issue and help arrange a replacement when possible. Missing pieces do not automatically qualify the order for a full refund.

  • Replacements: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, return label, or another solution.

  • Exchanges: We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different model, you can submit a return request for the original item if it meets our return conditions, then place a new order for the item you prefer.


4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: GearBrix.US does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

  • Customer Responsibility: For standard returns, such as change of mind, accidental orders, or choosing the wrong item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If we provide a shipping label, the cost of that label may be deducted from the refund.

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is needed because the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, GearBrix.us will help cover the return shipping cost or provide a prepaid return label.

  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Return Instructions: Please use the return label and instructions provided by our support team. We cannot guarantee returns sent to the wrong address or shipped without our provided instructions will be processed.


5. Refund Process

After your returned item arrives, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your account. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

If the item does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you with the next steps.
