GearBrix.US is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, or if you believe your package may be delayed, contact the shipping carrier first for the most current status.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier.

GearBrix.US is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier due to circumstances outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, your mailbox/package area, local carrier office, or the shipping carrier directly.

7. Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refused package, or customer-related delivery issue, we will contact you once the package is received back.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.

If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, any refund may exclude original shipping costs and return-related shipping fees, where applicable.
