GearBrix.us accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the item meets our return conditions.

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in returnable condition with original packaging, instructions, stickers, accessories, and parts included.
8. Missing Pieces, Damaged Items & Order Issues

We will review the situation and help find a reasonable solution. Depending on the case, this may include replacement parts, a replacement item, a return label, a refund, or another suitable resolution.
Missing pieces do not automatically qualify an order for a full refund if the issue can be resolved by providing replacement parts.
